International Elf Service offers handcrafted, customised letters from Fairyland and The North Pole. As order numbers increased, personalising each letter with a child’s name had turned into a labour and time-intensive process. The website had also become confusing for customers, who were struggling to find the various letter and customisation options on offer.
The company needed a new website that was easy to navigate and enabled customers to find the personalisation style they wanted. They also required an overhaul of the order process, so the little elves in the team didn’t need to spend quite so much time customising each order.

Cohesion Digital scoped the project and worked with the company’s in-house designer to give the website a front-end makeover, ensuring a seamless blend with the brand’s existing digital presence.
Improving the navigation was also key, so that customers were able to find and order the products they were looking for on their visit.
A solution was developed on the website’s back-end by Cohesion Digital, automating the letter customisation and PDF generation process, resulting in significant time and cost savings for the International Elf Service team.
